TNF CRICKET in season 2013/14 helped raise over $10,000 for the foundation throughout the wider cricket community and its purchase of the Oli E inspired bat grips.

This season we hope to raise another $10,000 by encouraging cricketers, clubs and associations within the TNF CRICKET community to purchase an Oli E inspired grip and support the foundation on OLI E Day which is to be held on Saturday 28th Feb.

TNF CRICKET also donate $5 from every bat sale directly to the foundation.

In the recent Cricket Australia Big Bash tournament Adelaide Strikers star Tim Ludeman (pictured below with Olivia and Flynn Evans) & Hobart Hurricanes Michael Hill proudly supported the foundation each time they walked onto the pitch by having the Oli E Foundation label on the back of their TNF cricket bats. Tim is pictured here with Olivia and Flynn Evans  when he was in town last month.

So if you are a cricketer and a friend of the foundation and keen to get your hands on an Oli E inspired bat grip you can give Michael Sheedy (Director of TNF CRICKET) on 0423057566 to organise how you and/or your club can get involved.

Alternatively you can purchase via the TNF CRICKET website

O’Brien Real Estate’s Directors Dean O’Brien and Darren Hutchins presented the Oli E Foundation with an enormous cheque at the golf day on Friday. $61,250 was donated by the O’Brien Real Estate group as they continue to raise much needed funds for the foundation through their very fast growing and successful real estate business. Dean O’Brien made it clear that the cheque represented efforts from the entire network at O’Brien Real Estate. We cannot thank Dean, Darren and all associated with the O’Brien Real Estate team for this donation and ongoing support. It truly is humbling to be associated with such a committed and generous group of people. The funds will be put to much needed use and we will keep you updated as to where this money is dispersed in the coming months.

MCC grip up for Oli E

A truly humbling morning was had at the Albert Cricket Ground for all of those associated with the Oli E Foundation last Saturday. The Melbourne Cricket Club leadership group led by Ash Middlin, Chris Thompson and Captain-Coach Andrew Kent all agreed to dedicate a round of cricket to the Oli E Foundation in order to raise much needed money for the ‘families with special needs’. The club has raised approximately $1750 to date with a rush of donations continuing to come in.

Ash Middlin, First XI Premiership player & wicket keeper batsman said ‘the players are always keen to give back to those who are in need and we saw this as a wonderful foundation that raises money for those less fortunate then us. We had a Thursday night dinner last week which all money raised on the night went directly to the foundation and also we asked each of the players to purchase an Oli E Foundation bat grip that TNFCRICKET have made of which all the players used in our clash against the Greenvale Kangaroos’.

On Saturday morning prior to game time, Olivia Evans (who the foundation was named after) was greeted by all of the Melbourne First XI players led by Captain Coach Andrew Kent, Victorian State Players Alex Keath and Michael Hill. The guys all got around Olivia for a great picture featured below.
